Mission

The Mandala Movement was founded because we believe there is more to yoga than than just our physical practice on the mat. We're all about creating a welcoming space where you can meet your Self exactly as you are, embracing curiosity, compassion, & kindness in every asana.

Our mission goes beyond the yoga poses. It's about fostering connections with both your Self & your community.

Join us for a practice that's equal parts mindful movement and joyful connection.

Karma classes

Making yoga accessible to everyone, creating connection, and creating spaces where you can really meet your Self as you are, in the moment, is at the core of The Mandala Movement.

We understand the ebbs and flows of life, and want to make yoga accessible no matter where you are on your journey.

The Mandala Movement hosts random & somewhat regular pop-up free/donation based classes wherever we happen to travel to help introduce people to yoga & to share practice with one another.

We are also super excited to be building a library of on-demand classes for our community & are busy creating a platform to share live on-line events.

Offerings

  • Yoga

    The Mandala Movement offers free & donation based pop-up yoga classes to reduce barriers to practice, and connection to people.

    We practice a range of styles of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, & Nidra and love to take time to connect over coffee and cake afterwards.

  • Meditation

    Meditation practices are a foundation of yoga. The practice of asanas can be a fantastic moving meditation, but sometimes it’s nice to gather and sit in stillness together to be in the moment.

    The Mandala Movement offers resources to help develop your daily meditation practice, as well as in-person live pop-up practice sessions, and live online meditation sessions to support your journey back to your Self.

    If you’re joining an on-line session, be sure to have your coffee & cake on standby for afterwards as something to enjoy as we take time to connect.

  • Massage

    Massage therapy & body work can be of enormous benefit to mind, body & soul.

    With a focus on creating safe & relaxing spaces for these healing rituals with the use of essential oils & fluid movement, our massage treatments can provide the space your body needs to bring you to a state of wellbeing.
